   The tray

   It started with tres leches in a tray

   Three milks, an overnight soak, one flavor on top. Layered so every band shows before the first spoon goes in.

2. 02

   The drop

   Every drop is small on purpose

   We bake to a number, not to a forecast. When the last tray is claimed it is gone until the next drop.

3. 03

   The box

   The box is half the dessert

   Pink, gold, and the foil O. Boxed by hand, never in a hurry.
