Because of that, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they are placed.
If something is wrong with your order (damaged, incorrect, or never arrived), message us on WhatsApp and we will make it right, either with a replacement or a refund where it is fair.

Unpaid orders are automatically released when the payment deadline passes, and the stock goes back to the drop.
We use your details to run your order: confirmation, payment verification, delivery or pickup, and order lookup. The morning after an order is picked up or delivered, we send one thank-you email that asks you to rate your order. It goes once per email address and includes a link to opt out, and if you would rather not get it at all, tell us on WhatsApp before your order is handed over. If you rate your order, we keep the rating and any comment with your order. We do not sell your data, and beyond that one email, our emails are about your orders.
Payment proof is kept only as long as we need it to verify your order.
